KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Making yourself familiar with all the services offered by the company and explaining them to the customers as per their requirements.
- Keeping the customer database maintained and updated.
- Answering all the questions and queries at client’s side related to company and services.
- Noting and processing clients requests on time.
