KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining and conducting day-to-day marketplace E-commerce operations, optimization and performance.
- Overseeing customer service, updates, promotions and merchandising.
- Conduction of site maintenance daily and meet the needs of the client.
- Plan and develop budgets for all phases of E-Commerce Marketplace.
- Work at both, strategic and analyzing levels.
- Plan and implement marketplace promotions to increase growth and generate revenue.
- Monitoring overall activities that are being carried out in E-Commerce.
- Creating weekly reports and giving an account of that to management.
